Caravanning News is a new development from The Caravan Channel, Britain & Europe’s only continuously running caravan and motorhome TV programme, broadcast by Information TV on Sky 166 and Freesat 402.
It’s a completely free site, supported by the TV programme and the small amount of advertising it carries. Stories here are not simple cut and paste press releases – they are edited by professional journalists and checked for accuracy before publication. We don’t accept payment for mentioning products or services; everything mentioned here is because we think it is merits that mention!
You’re also welcome to have your own say – all of our stories have space for you to comment, but please be aware that your comments are moderated before publication.
You have filled a major hole on TV with the caravan channel, information, sites and new up to date stories, really good because you have ben there and talk from real experience. Please keep it up I record each episode and re watch them to get all the best bits of advice you contain in each episode.

I was very suprised when watching the programme on the new small Elddis that the person from Elddis was so over the moon about such a low weight of the van.
Elddis and all the other makers were making light vans years ago which were capable of being towed by small cars, but well done Elddis
I hope they clean up.
